Our dedicated team can help you vary your workout with a variety of different exercises to help build and tone muscle with our free weights and multi-function training areas.
If you enjoy an active lifestyle, but do not have time for a lengthy workout then our Power Plate® machine is ideal.
Acceleration Training ™ using Power Plate® machine offers a variety of benefits that allow fitness goals to be easily achieved or exceeded. These benefits include measurable outcomes, such as increased muscle strength and flexibility, better core conditioning and stability.
Thinking about getting active? Then get yourself down to our Junior Gym! Friendly, trained gym instructors are always on hand to offer advice on equipment and exercise.
For those juniors aged 12 – 15 years we have dedicated junior gym sessions which are listed below:

Inductions cost £10 (parent or guardian signature requires) and then from £4.90 for each session.

As a member you are also entitled to book your slot up to 7 in advance. Non-members can book up to 2 days in advance.
